✨Shipping Info
- All orders over $25 will receive free tracked delivery
- When selecting tracked delivery, you are eligible to receive:
a. Full refund if order is lost in transit
or
b. A replacement of order if order is lost in transit
- Orders with no tracking selected are not eligible for a refund and/ or replacement.
✨Damaged Orders
- Orders are eligible for a refund and/or replacement if there are issues with the product itself.
- If this issue occurs, please feel free to send me an email through my contact page and I will respond in about 24 hours. Pictures will be required after an initial response by me.
- Any damages created by the delivery courier must be dealt with the courier directly.
✨Commissions
- To request a commission piece please fill out the form available in my commissions' tab
- To start a project, a deposit of half the total price will be required.
a. Payments can be accepted through PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. If none of these are accessible, a purchase link through Stripe MAY be available (which would require regular card information input).
- There is no set price for commission pieces at the moment. Each price is determined by the type of medium, subject, and number of details wanted by the customer.
- When the project is started and a deposit is collected, you will be provided a draft within a certain time window and will be able to correct anything and everything.
- If the final project is not up to standard with what you wish, one "redo" will be allowed, after that, a fee will be collected.
- The time that it takes for me to complete each project is also determined by the complexity of the project. The average time window will be provided after the initial draft is completed.
- "Express" commissions, meaning it is needed in a short period, can be requested, but are not guarenteed, and will be charged a small fee for the rush completion/ shipping.
